What counts as one issue?
A reported problem counts as one issue once your team accepts it. Drafts and abandoned reports do not count. Comments, photos, actions, checkpoints and verification remain part of that same issue.
What happens when we use all our issues?
Finish the issues already underway. Buy another bundle when you want to accept new ones.
Do unused issues expire?
Yes. Unused capacity expires after six months without activity.
Can we still see previous issues?
Yes, while your account remains active. Access to past issues expires after six months without activity.
Is FlowAngels a subscription?
No. You buy issue capacity in bundles.
Does FlowAngels replace our quality management system?
It does not need to.
